Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur is made up of a 330-bed modern hospital and freestanding Medical Office Building accommodating a diverse selection of consultants for various specialties and sub-specialties regarding outpatient services. Our patients are regarded as family members and their individual needs, health and comfort is our main concern. Our facility opened more than fifteen years ago with a ceremony a year later that included former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed. We achieved our initial SIRIM ISO 9001 Certification ten years ago and have since continued with a trend of high standards and modern licensure so that we can continue to improve our quality of service as the standards continue to advance. Since we know that innovation is the best way to keep up our modern standards, we strive to learn as much as possible to live up to our motto: “In the arms of one who cares.” We are pleased to say that we are in complete compliance with the rigorous standards set forth by the MSQH in 2003 as well.

Each department including specialty areas offer all-inclusive facilities and innovative technologies in conjunction with a professional team that works hard to bring about new treatment approaches often. These departments are backed by our in-house testing and diagnosis services and expert resources due to our teamwork with the Medical University of Vienna.
Together, Prince Court Medical Centre and VAMED GmbH from Vienna, Austria and their clinical support services allows us to offer a higher level of clinical and managerial focus on the strictest international standards while emphasizing patient wellbeing and risk management. MUVI partners with Prince Court Medical Centre to provide a Senior Clinical Specialist rotation up to six months every year. They join with our neighborhood specialists in the fields of risk management, quality assurance, infection management, outcomes and guidelines, JCI accreditations, standard operating procedures, medical information technology, constant medical education, targeted and team training and telemedicine.
